How to use it

1. Close the air nozzle. That's the clear nozzle in one top corner on the back. If it's left open, the air won't stay in.
2. Open the inflate valve. The black flip-open cap in the other top corner on the back.
3. Press the cushion to inflate it. Press the air cells at the corner marked INFLATE, around 30 times. The cushion is the pump — no external pump, no batteries.
4. Set your firmness, then close the valve. Too firm? Press the red release button inside the inflate valve to let a little air back out. 60–80% full is the comfort sweet spot — not 100%.

To pack it away: open the air nozzle and press the cells at the corner marked DEFLATE. The air is out in seconds — then roll it up and slip it into the bag.

You don't have to remember any of this. The cushion is labelled: INFLATE and DEFLATE are marked on the corners you press.

Questions people ask

Is it hard to inflate?
No, and you don't need anything extra. Close the clear air nozzle, open the inflate valve, and press the cells at the corner marked INFLATE about 30 times. It takes a minute.

What if I don't like the firmness?
Press the red release button inside the inflate valve to let air out until it feels right. Most people land between 60% and 80% full — 100% is firmer than most people want.

Will it hold my weight?
Yes. The air spreads across the whole cell grid rather than sitting on one point, so it supports heavier users better than a foam pad of the same thickness.

Does it go flat during the day?
No. The valve seals once closed. You inflate it once and top it up every few weeks, not every day.

Will it fit my office chair / car seat?
At 44 × 44 cm it fits most standard office chairs, car seats, dining chairs and wheelchairs. Measure your seat pan — if it's at least 40 cm across, you're fine.
