Refund policy

We want you to love your OORiver product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at cs@ooriver.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
