Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from OORiver at ooriver.com.

Prices and payment. All prices are in US dollars. Prices can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken when you order.

Your order. Your order is confirmed once we email you a confirmation. Rarely, we may need to cancel an order — if an item is out of stock, if payment can't be verified, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens we refund you in full straight away and tell you why.

Products. We describe our cushions as accurately as we can, including dimensions and materials. Colours can look slightly different between screens. If what arrives doesn't match what we described, that's covered by our refund policy.

Comfort, not medical treatment. OORiver cushions are comfort and seating products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical reason for needing pressure relief — including reduced mobility or a history of pressure sores — please talk to your doctor or occupational therapist before relying on any cushion.

Our guarantee. Every order is covered by our 30-day comfort guarantee, set out in our refund policy.

Liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
